This agreement is in effect as of June 23, 2011.
We reserve the right to change this Refund Policy from time to time without notice. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this Refund Policy periodically to familiarize yourself with any modifications. Your continued purchase on the Baron Mastery Network sites after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the modified refund policy.
The payment for all of Baron Mastery products must be paid in full before we can ship and/or provide you with a download link for the product you purchase.
The following Baron Mastery’s products have 30 days money back guarantee:
- EFM Audio Technology
- EFM Home Study Program
If you are not 100% impressed by the results within 30 days, after following through the materials provided with full commitment, please send a written refund request to admin@baronmastery.com.
You are required to lay out the steps you have taken to make sure you have been fully committed following the programs and the reason for your refund. We will then contact you with steps required for the refund.
You will be required to send the products back to Baron Mastery in its original packaging, in good condition, with a tracking number (We do not cover refund shipping).

You may keep the following item from the specific package as our gift to you:

After we receive the product, we will then refund your purchased price minus any shipping and handling.
Please note that there are no refunds offered on downloadable products, membership and books, such as:

The tuition for all of Baron Mastery events must be paid prior to registering and attending the event.
Default: If you do not pay your tuition by the agreed-upon payment terms, then you will be considered in default of this Agreement. You will forfeit your enrollment, Baron Mastery will have the right to terminate this contract, and you will be subject to the Damage Fee set forth below.
72 Hour Cancellation: You may cancel your enrollment to a Baron Mastery event/s with a 10% penalty by submitting a signed and notice postmarked prior to midnight of the third business day after the date your enrolled. Your notice must be mailed to the following address.

Damages Fee: Because it would be extremely difficult and impractical to assess actual damages suffered by us in the event you default or terminate your Agreement you agree to be charged $1,500 or 50% of your payments already made to us, whichever amount is greater.
This is a nonrefundable, nonreturnable Damages Fee.
No-Show Fee: If you do not attend your confirmed program without express written consent at least 30 days prior to the program, you will forfeit attending the missed program you had enrolled to attend.
Warranties: You acknowledge that you are not relying on any warranties, promises, guaranties or representations made by anyone or us acting or claiming to act on our behalf unless they are in writing and made part of this Agreement. All advertising material and all prior representations or agreements, if any, whether oral or written, are hereby superseded by this Agreement. This Agreement contains the entire understanding and agreement between you and us, and no addition or modification of any terms shall be effective unless set forth in writing and signed by you and us. No sales person of ours has the authority to modify the terms of this Agreement.
Transfer and /or Reinstatement: If you default, transfer, or cancel and you wish to reinstate your enrollment for any program, there will be an $850 reinstatement fee added to your tuition, which is due at the time of reinstatement. Reinstatement is subject to space availability, and Baron Mastery’s discretion.
Attorney’s Fee: If it becomes necessary to enforce this Agreement through legal action, then we shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and costs incurred in such enforcement of this Agreement.
Special Tax: For events attended in locations that charge VAT/HST, or other applicable tax, such taxes may be charged to the participant in accordance with local government tax regulations.
Terms and Conditions: Your approval and execution of the Terms and Conditions (incorporated herein by reference), which is available in advance of the other program request, will be required prior to admission to any Baron Mastery Event. Failure to sign the Baron Mastery Events Terms and Conditions will be deemed a termination of this agreement, and you will be subject to Damages Fees as stated above. You will not be admitted to the applicable program until all course registration and questionnaire forms are returned to us.
Subject to Change: Dates, times, locations and structure of events are subject to change at the discretion of Baron Mastery Institute. Baron Mastery Institute will notify the student within a reasonable time frame of any program date/location change.
Private Event: Baron Mastery reserves the right to send a participant home for any reason it deems appropriate. Tuition credits and refunds for the event will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Assignment: This agreement may not be assigned to another individual or entity without express written approval of BMI.
Retreat programs: All participants must stay at host retreat venue for duration of program.
Satisfaction Guaranteed
In the unlikely event that after having participated in ALL of a particular program, Quantum Mind Mastery™, Quantum SoulMates™, Quantum Life Mastery™, or Quantum Wealth Mastery™ you decide that a particular program was not right for you, simply notify a designated official in writing at the end of that program and turn in your notebook, name badge, and course materials—we will fully refund your minimum allocated tuition for that BMI program. A refund under this Satisfaction Guarantee is only available if the program attended falls within the initial 24-month period described above. Tuition refunds are based on the program allocations that are established for each program.
Please Note: There is a $50 penalty for NSF checks and $25 per declined credit card transactions for payment plans.
